Tik tik tik tik . . . . Hoaaam, It’s raining here.
Okay, this is late post from me, my classmates came to my
home 1 month ago, we planned our weekend for swim together. Unfortunately, I got
menstruating aaarrrghh. Although It’s my last period, I still worried :’(
Can I swim while I am on my period? I searched information
about that, and you know what? Here’s some good news for us ladies: There is
absolutely no reason why you shouldn’t be able to swim or play in any type of
water at all time of the months. Read on for tips to take help the stress out
of swimming on your period. You should start getting comfy with pads. Use new pad without blood, it make you more comfort when you swim. If you want to
stay in pool for more time, don’t forget that while you swim, you need to
change your pad as frequently as you would when staying dry.
Are you worried when your pad is showed by other? Make
sure that the pad are not visible :p
Finally, you might think that you should forego swimming because
you don’t feel well when you’re on your period.

backstroke. And here's my first swimming using backstroke :p that video is dark, I swam at night hehe
